Ginger is teaching the class that all working parents need!!

Get up early and start the day by taking care of yourself first. The rest of your day will flow better, once you’ve taken gentle steps to nourish yourself before you give to your family and others. This is self care.

Ginger’s class is MONDAYS 6:30am-7:30am.

For the month of January, high likelihood of some colorful sunrises from the room.

Syncing breath to movement, this warm vinyasa flow class will stimulate both the mind and body, leaving you refreshed and centered. This class is a balance of relaxing breath work and stretching. interlaced with challenging and creative flows – moving along to the sounds of our breath as well as a calm and upbeat playlist. My teaching style is welcoming, trauma-informed and accessible to all. Ideally this class will be a little hard, a little easy, and with the foundational goal of helping us all be here now. I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
