I started the Metabolic Detox Shake the day after Christmas.

Since the start of Covid, I’ve consumed more sugar and white flour than normal and I’m feeling the effects: fatigue, mood swings, achy joints. Ugh.


The bundt cake sure is yummy with coffee in the morning however long term use of bundt cake for breakfast not so good for me. It’s toxic.

Within a few days of starting the Detox shake, I was craving sugar and white flour less. After a week or so I didn’t even desire cake when I looked at it.

I have found this product so successful at helping me kick my sugar and white flour habit that I would like to share it with you.

I mix mine with an apple, a teaspoon of local organic honey, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of turmeric.
