I offer a neuromusculoskeletal approach with a focus on physical, emotional, and chemical stress reduction in your everyday life. I incorporate essential oils, moist heat, and Yoga therapy into my sessions. Working closely with massage therapists, I deliver a very therapeutic approach to relieve pain and stress within our bodies. I am passionate about nutrition and exercise; I myself have lost over 80lbs from pregnancy weight gain and I continue to keep it off through nutrition and exercise. I love swimming with a local Masters Swim Group.

Kevin believes in a patient centered approach to healing and treatment where the root causes of illness are determined and treated. Treatments are based on the extensive clinical testing and empirical use of Acupuncture and natural botanical Asian plant medicines, so both the cause of the condition and the resultant symptoms are properly addressed. Kevin practices daily Qi Gong meditation, and enjoys Yoga, running, swimming, skiing, surfing and golf.
Alex has been practicing massage therapy since 2005. Her intuitive touch helps focus on releasing muscle tension, decreasing pain, increasing mobility and finding balance of the mind and body; whether it be from chronic pain, injuries or athletes maintaining their body at peak performance.
Alex incorporates a blend of deep tissue, swedish, myofacial release, cupping and trigger point.
Nylissa Wilkie is a massage therapist and esthetician. Her goal is to create a peaceful and safe environment for your body to heal and restore. Nylissa uses a combination of lomilomi, trigger point, and myofacial release to break the body’s stress/pain cycle.
Nylissa’s facials uses Phyto Bio Electrotherapy (Micro-current + pure nutrient dense botanicals) to lift, tone, and purify the skin. This is a holistic approach that takes the place of Botox, micro-dermabrasion, or surgery.
I was drawn to the world of massage therapy through my fascination with the human body and movement. I enjoy using a variety of techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release and stretching. My intention with every session is to help the client feel relief from pain and find awareness in their own bodies so that he or she can function at their most optimal level.
