My Chiropractic philosophy is simple: movement is life and if humans aren’t moving properly they aren’t fully living. Chiropractic care helps improve movement by reducing stressors within the the brain and the nervous system. Stressors can be physical, mental, and chemical. Dr. Sarah works with patients to make simple lifestyle changes in order to reduce stressors and to promote optimal function and health.
Dr. Sarah has advanced training in Sacro-Occipital technique (Cranial work) for adults and children. She incorporates nutritional therapy, functional medicine, and gentle yoga based rehabilitation in her chiropractic practice.
